My role on your wedding day extends far beyond simply ‘coordinating’. Think of me as your personal assistant. While your venue may have a coordinator managing logistics from their side, I’m here for you — ensuring every detail flows seamlessly.  You’ll have complete peace of mind, knowing your day is in the hands of an experienced professional who understands the importance of both precision and presence.

Final Planning Meeting & Pre-Wedding Reassurance. We’ll have a thorough handover meeting to run through all the final details — from suppliers and timelines, to seating plans and specific requests. Following that, I’ll dedicate a full day to reviewing your plans and documents in detail, contacting all your suppliers in the lead-up to your wedding to ensure everyone is aligned and nothing is missed. I’ll manage the timeline meticulously, working alongside your venue and suppliers to ensure everything runs on time — and with grace.

Experienced Planner and expertise. I’ll arrive at least three hours before your ceremony to assist with all final preparations — from placing buttonholes and adjusting veils, to helping with shoes, jewellery and any last-minute touches. I’ll oversee the full set-up, liaise with venue staff and ensure every detail reflects your vision. Whether it's styling tables, perfecting signage or fluffing dresses, I’ll manage it with precision and care. your day goes by in a heartbeat — and you deserve to enjoy every second of it. I’ll take care of the background logistics so that you can stay grounded in the moment, free from distraction or stress. From holding your bouquet to fixing hair, adjusting your dress or carrying essentials, I’ll be by your side throughout — not only for you, but for your bridal party and guests too.
