It’s the perfect solution if you’re looking for more than just ‘day-of coordination’— such as providing expert support to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed, providing assistance with pulling everything together in the weeks leading up to your wedding day, timeline planning and supplier recommendation —consider it your personalised hand-holding service designed to take away any stress whilst letting you plan your whole day yourselves.

What’s Included:

• Your own experienced wedding planner: You’ll have access to an experienced planner whenever you need advice or to discuss ideas.

• Pre-wedding meetings: We’ll meet 6 weeks before your big day to go through the whole wedding day thoroughly and to ease any last-minute stress.

• My Ultimate Online Wedding Planner to collate all your plans and keep track of your costs & budget (read more below).

• Supplier recommendations: I’ll gladly recommend trusted vendors for some of your suppliers.

• Supplier management: I’ll handle all communication and administrative tasks with your suppliers in the final 4 weeks leading up to your wedding.

• Timeline management: I’ll provide expert assistance to ensure your day flows seamlessly.

• Dedicated WhatsApp group: I’ll create a group with your Maid of Honour and Best Man (or anyone else you choose) the day before your wedding to ensure you remain undisturbed on your special day.

• Day-before setup & rehearsal: I’ll be there the day before (from 2pm) to oversee setup and guide you through a rehearsal (if required).
