A Wedding Planner is involved in every aspect of your wedding, from the very start of your planning journey through to the time you go to bed on your wedding night (and often the following morning). I work closely with you to bring your vision to life, source and liaise with suppliers, handle all the logistics, and ensure every detail is taken care of. On the wedding day, I oversee the setup, coordinate all aspects of the event with your venue, and manage suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly until the very end. I’m typically the first one to arrive and the last to leave, making sure your day is seamless from start to finish.
Did you know - it takes 200-300 hours to plan your wedding (this can significantly increase at a dry hire/marquee venue). I take away the majority of those hours for you.
Alternatively, a Wedding Coordinator isn’t typically involved in any of the pre planning. In a Coordinator capacity, I meet with you before your wedding for you to hand over your plans and I run your day. You’ll have already booked your suppliers, built out your vision and dealt with the logistics. I arrive 3 hours before your ceremony, work with your venue to ensure the smooth running of your day and often leave an hour after the first dance when the party is in full swing! A Coordinators role is to ensure the day runs to time, to discretely deal with any issues, look after your other suppliers and be there for you and your guests all day.
If you’re thinking, "My venue has a coordinator so I don’t need you," you’re not alone — this is one of the most common things I hear! I fully expect your venue to have a coordinator, my role is to work alongside them. I’m there to focus on you and your guests, while the venue coordinator manages venue-related logistics. Most venues welcome external coordinators because they understand the value we bring to elevate your overall experience.

I’m based in Cardiff, South Wales, but I travel across the UK. If I’m traveling more than two hours from CF5, my contract will outline whether accommodation is required and mileage will be added to my service fee. These costs are always set out in my brochure and communicated with you before you book.

For full wedding planning – I take weddings up to 2 years in advance but typically couples book me for an 18 month turn around.
For coordination, as long as I’m available on your date, I’m all yours no matter how last minute it is!Item description

After you have received my brochure, I encourage a complimentary consultation call to discuss your wedding plans. This gives us an opportunity to see how I can best assist you. Your date is confirmed once a deposit is paid and a contract is signed. The non-refundable deposit secures your booking, grants you access to my exclusive Instagram group for Brides, and enters your details into my case management system (please see my date & privacy policy for details, located in the footer).

You can reach me via email, Instagram message, phone, or WhatsApp (for full planning couples). I typically respond to WhatsApp and Instagram messages on the same day, and emails within 48 hours. I work with clients based in the EU, USA, Canada, and Australia, so I’m happy to accommodate late-night or early-morning calls when possible.
I also appreciate that you’re likely to contact me after you’ve finished work and so I’ll always reply of an evening where I can.
I dedicate Fridays to spending quality time with my little boy, so responses may be slower on that day. During peak wedding season (May – September), when I’m at weddings every few days, replies may take a little longer – I appreciate your patience during my extremely busy periods.

Absolutely! For coordination, we’ll meet in person about four weeks before your wedding for a thorough handover of details. If an in-person meeting isn’t possible, we can arrange a Zoom or Teams call to go over everything. This meeting allows you to hand over the final details and enjoy a stress-free lead-up to your big day.
My full planning couples have unlimited contact and meeting options locally and on zoom/teams. If your venue is more than 30 miles from CF5 and I’m required to visit multiple times, additional travel costs will occur.

For wedding day coordination, I typically don’t know the full wedding budget, as I am not involved in any of the costs side. I have coordinated weddings with a smaller guest list, but a jam packed itinerary.
For my full planning services, my couples usually have a budget ranging from £60,000 to £150,000. However, I can bespoke a package to suit you providing my minimum spend it hit.
-
I take a maximum of 5 full planning weddings each year. However, for larger scale weddings this is reduced to 3.
