My Services:

My wedding day coordination package ensures your meticulous planning is executed flawlessly. On your special day, you should be present in the moment and not overthinking everything – the day is about you and your partner. I will be right there to make your Wedding Day a truly unforgettable experience.

My on the day co-ordination package means that you have:

pre wedding reassurance that your big day will run exactly as you’ve envisioned it as we would meet approximately 4 weeks before your big day for a full handover,
an experienced planner to hand should you need any additional guidance on vendors, the running order of your day, any questions & queries,
the ability for you both to be completely in the moment, not giving the running of the day a single thought,
an Instagram group with all my Brides in to liaise, chat all things weddings and get inspo and ideas from.

On your wedding day, I:

arrive at the venue early to meet you and your vendors,
ensure that the venue is set up correctly, as per your instructions,
liaise with the venue staff to ensure everything is in order and as per your instructions and vision,
assist with the setting up and positioning of signage,
ensure your table plan is correct,
ensure your table scape is perfect,
greet your guests as they arrive (provided I’m not being utilised elsewhere),
liaise with your suppliers throughout the day to ensure the smooth running of the day,
ensure the day runs to time,
assist your photographer with group photos,
be on hand to hold your dress, fix your hair, sort your veil etc (act as an assistant to you both for any on the day tasks)
ensure the discrete handing of any issues,
assist with any last-minute decor set up if required,
assist with tasks such as lighting candles throughout the day (please note I will not be able to re-position any large flowers, displays & furniture),
ensure that you feel at ease and in control all day so that you can be fully present, fully enjoy yourselves and soak it all up,
ensure you’re given a drink and taken for a private 10 minutes straight after your ceremony,
ensure that you spend quality time together alone throughout your day…

and so much more (not so glamorous tasks)!

Wedding Day Management:

This package gives you a little more support than ‘wedding day coordination’ but not as involved as full planning’. Think of it as a hand holding service!

This package includes:

Unlimited contact - if you have any questions, you always have an experienced planner to ask or talk over an idea with,
Meetings via zoom - to remove the stress and worries leading up to the wedding day around 6 weeks before the day,
Supplier recommendations,
I’ll liaise with all of your suppliers in the direct lead up and deal with administration from then on,
I’ll set up a whatsapp group with your Maid of Honour and Best Man so that you’re not disturbed on your wedding day,
I’ll act as the point of contact for any queries and issues,
I'll be with you the day before to set up and for a rehearsal if needed,
I’ll provide timeline assistance and management,
Full wedding day coordination (as above).

Curating your perfect day involves working with you to craft your vision, evaluating costs and setting budgets, choosing your dream venue and carefully selecting your vendors. Using only the very best suppliers in the industry, based on your wants and needs, I will liaise with all parties throughout the whole process saving you a whole lot of admin (and time!) I manage timelines and logistics, offer advice and solutions and will ensure that every last detail has been considered. My meticulous planning ensures you can enjoy the lead up to your big day, totally stress free and with the knowledge that you’re in safe hands. It also allows you to see your vision come to life via design meetings and alleviates the worry of not being able to envision your table scape and all of the finer details we’ve spent hours perfecting.

On average, a wedding takes over 400 hours to plan and a dry hire luxury wedding over 700 hours. My full-service wedding planning package is designed to do all the hard work for you, so you only have to make the ultimate decisions once i’ve presented you with the options. With this bespoke service, elevating every exquisite detail, I will plan your day with passion and precision leaving no stone unturned.

This package includes full set up the day before, full wedding day management (often 16 hours, detailed above) and pack down that evening / the next day. This really is the luxury wedding planning experience.

We can pinpoint one specific topic whether that’s discussing vendors and recommending the same, your budget and how to achieve your Pinterest wedding within this, or realistically brining your timeline to life.

My consultations are also perfect for calming those last minute nerves. We can go through your plans and ensure you haven’t missed anything important, or add any last minute magic so that you can really enjoy the final lead up to your special day with the peace of mind that everything is in hand.
