My Services:

Planning a wedding can take hundreds of hours, especially with ‘dry hire’ venues where logistics and décor need extra attention. My full-service wedding planning package takes the pressure off, allowing you to focus on the excitement of your big day while I manage the intricate, details design and styling.

I will work with you to craft your vision, I will source all suppliers and liaise with all parties throughout the whole process saving you a whole lot of admin and time, I manage timelines and logistics, curate your vision and bring this to life with the best wedding professionals across the UK., provide advice and solutions and will ensure that every last detail has been considered to ensure you can enjoy the lead up to your big day, totally stress free and with the knowledge that you’re in safe hands.

What Is Included:

Unlimited zoom calls and meetings: we will stay in constant communication (via email/text/whatsapp - your choice),
Supplier sourcing: I’ll research, source and recommend the all suppliers
Administrative management: I’ll liaise with your suppliers and venue, taking care of all the paperwork and communications – updating you when necessary,
Design assistance: I’ll help curate your perfect day by turning your vision into reality,
Venue visits: Includes a meeting at your venue and as many venue visits required to fully capture every detail.

This package offers all the benefits of my coordination service, plus extra guidance for couples who’ve already booked most of their suppliers. It’s the perfect solution if you’re looking for more than just ‘day-of coordination’— such as providing expert support to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed, providing assistance with pulling everything together, timeline planning and supplier recommendation —consider it your personalised hand-holding service on the lead up to your big day!

What’s Included:

Unlimited contact: You’ll have access to an experienced planner whenever you need advice or to discuss ideas.
Pre-wedding meetings: We’ll meet via Zoom about 6 weeks before your big day to ease any last-minute worries or concerns.
Supplier recommendations: Need advice? I’ll gladly recommend trusted vendors.
Supplier management: I’ll handle all communication and administrative tasks with your suppliers in the final weeks leading up to your wedding.
Dedicated WhatsApp group: I’ll create a group with your Maid of Honour and Best Man (or anyone else you choose) to ensure you remain undisturbed on your special day.
Primary point of contact: I’ll handle any queries or issues on your behalf.
Day-before setup & rehearsal: I’ll be there the day before to assist with setup and guide you through a rehearsal.
Timeline management: I’ll provide expert assistance to ensure your day flows seamlessly.
Full wedding day coordination: Including everything from our coordination package.
